๐ŸŒ Gaia Maker

0 PLAYS Simulation
A dead rock. A few clicks. Suddenly there is weather.
Controls:
Mouse: All interactions - select panels, structures, and planets
Keyboard: Shortcuts and menu navigation

Terraform a barren rock until it can hold life.
Use the panels to build planetary-scale structures, then watch what they do to carbon, temperature, and atmospheric composition.
Every reading is connected: change one and the others follow, usually slower than you would like.

Power comes first. Fusion plants and Dyson swarms are not a goal in themselves - they pay for the work you want to do next.
Once the atmosphere and temperature are stable enough, seed plants, then animals, then civilization.
Push heat or carbon too far and the world you built starts coming apart again.

Tip: Change one thing at a time and let the simulation settle before the next step. Watch the readings, not the buildings!
Gaia Maker is a physics-minded terraforming desk. You do not drop houses on a pretty coast. You inherit a barren rock and start arguing with its air. Carbon moves. Temperature follows. Composition shifts, and one morning the model admits there is weather.

The toys are planetary on purpose. Fusion plants and Dyson swarms are not victory screens. They are power bills for work done at globe scale: nudge the sky, seed a habitat, watch animals take a latitude you made habitable last week. Civilizations can rise in the numbers and fall in the same numbers if you treat the atmosphere like a slider instead of a lung.

Rust keeps the simulation fast enough that a careless click still feels like climate, not a menu. A green world is a temporary truce among cycles you barely understand. Push heat too hard and the truce ends. Starve the carbon path and the rock remembers it was dead.

There is no mayorโ€™s speech. The question the globe keeps asking is smaller and worse: are you a gardener, or a witness with good instruments? Every decision ripples. Some ripples come back as forests. Some come back as silence with a nicer graph.
